Welcome Home...

Sorry it's been such a long time... I mean, as if my following here is that big anyway. BUT we are finally settling into our short term rental in Ireland. Our house in the states was sold in December, and hubby hopped the pond in early December to get us established. I stayed behind to get the house emptied out. Not gonna lie, that was a major chore that I'm just now recovering from.

But long way around, we are here, getting used to the place, and really enjoying just slowing down and living life a bit.

We've had a little explaining to do about American politics. It's a bit embarassing when you get away from the noise and finally surround yourself with the rest of the world who honestly want to know WTF. Our friends were saying that we left just in time. It's pretty telling when the Irish tell you the same thing.

Anyhow, the other thing that prompted this post was that I'm still active on Meta platforms, basically using it as an outgoing postcard service, with very few wordy posts. Lots of people are leaving for BlueSKy. I am entirely unsure about setting up shop on another platform, so I thought it was best to come back to the small web and get back to basics. I have more fun here, honestly.

I should have my internet radio station back up and running soon.

In other news, I discovered that several countries around the world issued stamps over the years to commemorate NASA's Project Gemini. I might need to engage in shop therapy.
